Luton Airport is located about 30 miles north of London in Bedfordshire, near enough to the M1 route to make the journey easy from the north and the Midlands and sufficiently far away from the city to make it a proper drive from anywhere in London. There is a particular feature that makes Luton stand out from such other airports as Heathrow and Gatwick: there is only one area for both drop-offs and collections, which means that you do not have to pick up passengers at the parking lot as opposed to having to go through a roundabout route. This area is close to the airport building, is paid per minute after the first period, and is charged the same when dropping and collecting passengers.

First, let us clarify one point: nobody is going to offer kerbside meet and greet service outside of Luton airport. The access to the area is managed by the airport itself and instructions included in your booking have to be followed. In case of meet and greet your chauffeur will come to the arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it.

Journeys to and from Luton

The catchment area of Luton stretches towards the north and west directions, as opposed to being directed towards London, hence the reason why most of the transfers from Luton are regional. For groups bigger than five people, there will be more than one vehicle involved. This should be arranged during the booking process.
