Ride your way
The London to Bicester trip is about 65 miles north west along the M40 into Oxfordshire and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes, one of our day-out long distance chauffeur routes. It is almost entirely one type of trip: a day at the shopping village, starting early in the morning and ending late in the afternoon.

London to Bicester
Rail is a solid option here: direct trains run from Marylebone straight to Bicester Village station, which sits right next to the outlet.

The outbound leg suits the train fine - it's the return journey that changes the calculation.
Travelling alone, just to browse, the train works well. Travelling as a group of four for a planned day out and wanting an easy ride home, the car is the better call: it waits for you, carries everything you've bought, and costs the same whether one person travels or four.
Add the pickup from London and the date, and compare the cost of daily hire against two separate fares. Hire the right car for the journey back not forward.
