The journey from Dover Cruise Port to Heathrow is about 100 miles long, passing via Kent and around London. It is one of the more challenging long distance chauffeur routes, as it runs between two fixed points, neither of which will wait: a ship that finishes disembarking when it finishes, and a flight that closes check-in on time.

Dover Cruise Terminal to Heathrow
This trip takes about 1 hour 45 minutes by car. The fastest public transport option runs to 2 hours 40, and it goes via London first - a Southeastern service to Victoria or St Pancras, then across the city and out to the airport.
Either way, that's roughly an hour longer than driving, and cruise luggage makes the gap feel bigger still. The real risk isn't just the extra time - it's a missed connection on the way to a flight that won't be held for anyone.
One car for the whole journey removes both the transfers and the connection risk, and still gets there faster.
Provide information about the ship, the terminal, and the time of disembarkation along with the information about the flight and use cases instead of seats to determine the size of the vehicle. Provide some leeway as disembarkations tend to be delayed quite frequently. Refer to airport transfers in Kent for trips from that part of the country, Heathrow Airport transfers for the terminal destination, and Dover to Gatwick transfers for the southern airport.
